Results!

So I've recently decided to just dump all my earnings into a diversified Vanguard account consisting mostly of ETF.  I'm up about $600 -  $700 without having to bust my back doing something I hate for a job.  There it is my readers, all you have to do is build up your Vanguard portfolio with ETFs and/or mutual funds that have a large potential to grow.  Yes, you still need to wake up in the morning, rush out the door, and start hustling/busting your ass; but at least you now you know a sound way to invest and reinvest where all your hard earned dollars is going.  As far as right now, Vanguard is a working like a well oiled machine on autopilot.  All you have to do really is make sure you feed it every now and then like a plant or pet at home.

Instead of buying a new car, a new watch, home, or something really materialistic; all I did was invest and reinvest my money.  No, I don't have a desire to dress and look the part of a millionaire or have the need to outshine anyone else as I already know I'm not ONE OF THOSE.  Compassion, humility, kindness, knowledge, the ability to learn new skills, work ethic etc. these are the things I want in my life.  Being an arrogant asshole with shiny new objects isn't something I want to become or be as I know it'll rot my soul to the core and be my very own self destruction button.  Yes, we are all guilty of wronging others, polluting, being mean and nasty; and that is why it is so important to learn a balance of kindness and assertiveness.  Just being able to help someone who could never help you back in anyway, shape, or form is such a powerful message that just strikes a chord that'll vibrate the whole universe as though God came down from the heavens to answer Jesus's prayers.

Regardless of my belief system, Vanguard is doing a great job protecting and growing my investments.  Long story short, the IT ETF is doing amazeballs and is where you want to invest for growth.  The technology sector is where you'll find the fastest growing companies.  Healthcare, consumer staples, and consumer discretionary is also up there in the competition as well.  The top industrial players include Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and even Amazon.  You can run but you can't hide from these corporate giants; all you can do is INVEST.

As one can see, if you zoom past all the bullshit, mishap experiments, and disinformation what you really want to do is invest in the top sectors that'll give you the maximum of growth in the least amount of time.  Diversifying is important, but putting your money into Europe and/or emerging markets probably won't generate a quicker growth rate than simply investing in large American S&P 500 companies.  Investing in foreign companies and countries is great and all, but it's mostly for diversification; not achieving maximum return of equity.  No matter what happens or wild stories are told, tomorrow is in fact Monday and the whole rat race stars anew.  Prepare your work clothes, your lunch bag, and shoes to rush out into the traffic in the morning to reach that God awful place you call "my job".

Good luck!

A SENSE OF URGENCY

If everyone was a millionaire there would be no sense of urgency to get off the couch and work their ass off.  You would not want to work if you believed yourself to be all that and a bag of chips and that is why it is so important to HIDE YOUR MONEY AWAY.  Arrogance and ego, these are the true enemies that will prevent an individual from learning and growing.  Once you believe yourself to be on the highest point of the mountain, everything comes to a halt and all of the sudden the journey ends.  The flow, the focus, the sense of urgency to achieve something bigger than yourself just isn't there anymore!  After taking a break for a while, you'll eventually look for a new goal.  The hardest part is starting all over again, but what makes you want to get off your butt again?  A lot of us have accomplished big things in life, but fail to find and do our next big thing due to laziness, lack of initiative/energy/funding/networking/etc. to the point of just making life easier by not caring anymore about our dreams.  So how can you speed this process up!?  Yes, we all want to do and accomplish big things; but what's the fastest way to get there!?  There must be a catalyst out there somewhere in the universe right!?  To obtain such a sense of urgency to provide value to not only yourself but others, you need to be devoid of wealth and be in the emotional alignment of humility  Remember your school days where none of the kids had any money? I mean, how did people even function?  Without the constant access to vast wealth, things like learning, teaching, productivity, and results were taking place!  So, it's not always about money!  You can have and live a productive life without lusting and drooling over money all the time.  Yes, we all want the money; but it should not be on the very top list of your priorities.  For example, working a job you hate to achieve money for the sake of accumulating wealth is just detrimental to your health and job satisfaction level.  If all you see is the money, it'll be a long and grueling path up a treacherous mountain.  Yes, I am also guilty of working a job every week just for the money and believe me what I have to say about hating your job.  I would like to practice what I preach, but in this hostile economic climate you wouldn't survive.  With all that said and done, there does exist one perspective that does make earning money fun and that's by looking at the growth rate.  People love to see what they own growing in numbers and by tracking the percentage of growth week, instead of actual numbers, is the trick!  Because numbers are so infinite, a much easier way is by looking at things in percentages that'll make things actually fun like playing a game.

Believe it or not, being humble is another big topic on the list.  If you score high in humility taking a personality test, the chances are your willingness to learn and grow are much greater than someone who has a low score.  Being able to learn and pick up new tricks of the trade will pay you back in dividends in no time.  So what's wrong with learning?  Some people just don't care and don't want to learn as in "You can't teach an old dog new tricks".  Underneath the actual iceberg, an individual may not want to learn new material because they lack the humility; they think they are too cool for school and that they know everything already.  Not having the capacity to learn and being able to pickup new things on the road is the true meaning of ignorance.  Never stop learning.  The military knows this extremely well as they'll routinely breakdown a person in training to build them back up to what their standards are.  Believe it or not "smart people" have really high score in humility.  For example, Elon Musk who has created Paypal, Tesla, and SpaceX is high in humility.  Although he has tons of brains and money, he doesn't come across as an arrogant asshole.  His high level of humility is what gives him an edge over his competitors; because he's willing to learn, adapt, and change.  Everyone wants to learn and do great things, but the only way there is by being humble.

In conclusion, if you want to get off that couch and get things done all you got to do is be poor!  You'll do a lot more to earn something than if you felt full all of the time.  What you are trying to do at the most primal level  is create a real sense of urgency.  For the icing on the cake, being humble will help you learn and adapt on your way.

Thank you reading!  I appreciate as much audience I can reach out to! Have a good weekend!

THE TITANIC

The goal here is quite simple: I put down $20,000 of my own money and now I want the numbers to go up.  It doesn't take a genius, but a lot of smart people invest their money using VANGUARD.  After extensive research, I've decided to invest in ETF.  Much like a stock, you can easily buy and sell these kinds of securities.  Unlike a retirement fund, I can actively buy and sell whenever and how much I want without any penalty.  The flexibility of liquid assets is very suitable for someone like me who doesn't like too much rules and regulation.  I DO NOT TIME THE STOCK MARKET, instead I approach investing more like a DRIP program.  Every paycheck, I leave a sum of money and dump it into my Vanguard.  Let's face it, I'm not going to be one of those guys on Wall Street you see in the movies in the fiery pits of the stock exchange.  The next best thing to do is to keep consistently settling aside a  significant chunk of your paycheck into your investment company of choice, mine just happens to be Vanguard.  This is not a get rich quick scheme.  This is life; it is not a sprint; it's a marathon and should be treated as such.

Diversity is your only key to stop your fears of losing all your money.  You just have to put your foot down and keep dumping money into your Vanguard portfolio.  It's so typical for people to be afraid.  If you want to succeed, you have to take risks!  You cannot be paralyzed by fear!

So what if my $20,000 turns into $17,000?  I know my risk tolerance.  I trust that Vanguard knows what they're doing.  If all hell breaks, at least I know that I've tried to make a difference in my life and didn't give up.  Guess what?  It's going to be Monday morning, and EVERYONE has to go back to work regardless.  I took the risk; I took my chances!  It's all in or die in the rat race!  I'd be happy to risk it all, so I can get out of the daily grind.  Yes, I would die happy knowing that I tried everything I could to free myself from the matrix.  If you want to play it anymore safe, go to nursing home!

Every quarter, Vanguard will payout dividends.  For every share you own, you maybe getting about 0.25 cents.  Look it's really not that much of a payout, but there does exist the magic principal of compound interest.  If you keep stacking and reinvesting over time, you'll start earning bank!  Those quarters and dimes they payout in dividends add up over time!  You just keep sticking to your plan, keep your feet on the floor, and don't flinch.  Just keep reinvesting and reinvesting your income and before you know it, you'll be a hell of a lot rich when you started!

Trust me, I'd rather be risking it all than spending it on more tuition money for more college.  I'm more interested in earning money passively than actively always having to do something monotonous.  After everything has been all said and done, it always comes down to BECAUSE YOU NEED THE MONEY.  My bachelor's degree hasn't been actively doing anything for me since its inception 10 years ago.  The only piece of paper on the wall that will ever significantly change your life is engineering or medical, meaning that the companies will be the ones knocking on your door.   Everything else is pretty much the art of bullshit.  All roads lead to the rat race, so you need to know what you really want before you get there.  YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU WANT.  Being proactive on a daily basis instead of reactive will help a ton.  If you find yourself complaining and nagging, it's because you're reactive.  Try and be more proactive.  Start doing things you want instead of complaining about what everyone else is trying to sell you.  Change your attitude; change your life!

Have a good week everyone!

INCOME! CASH! MONEY!

No one wants to care about being poor.  Let's face it, being poor sucks.  I'll cut down to the chase, post things that people want.  People will pay you for things they want.  No, they don't want to pay money to read about how you fell in love with some girl next door.

  • PREPARE THE CLOTHES YOU WANT TO SEE YOURSELF IN THE NEXT MORNING
  • GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT
  • GET OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING AND PUT THOSE CLOTHES ON
  • GO TO WORK
    • FIND A JOB THAT DOESN'T SUCK
    • IF THE JOB DOES SUCK, IT BETTER PAY A LOT!
    • WORK TOWARDS SPECIALIZING IN SOMETHING!
    • GRIND
    • CONTINUE TO GRIND
    • PUT IN OVERTIME
    • DON'T GIVE UP!  DON'T EVER GIVE UP!
  • EAT, EAT, EAT
    • VEGETABLES
    • FRUITS
    • NUTS
    • MEATS, CHICKEN, EGGS, FISH, ETC.
    • AVOID SUGARY DRINKS AND SNACKS
  • DRINK, DRINK, DRINK
    • WATER
    • TEA
    • COFFEE

  • PREPARE THE CLOTHES YOU WANT TO SEE YOURSELF IN THE NEXT MORNING
  • GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT
  • RINSE AND REPEAT

  • Now, the above list and criteria above is for everyone that anyone can and should do during the week. Failure to have a plan and be able to deploy it beforehand will result in dire consequences.  Because everyone is so different, what you select as "work" or your job can be completely different than someone else.  Yes, we all struggle to find what is for us and what can be a solid marketable action plan.  What I'm 100% sure is that you need to specialize in a particular field and/or subject.  If you know what you're good at consider yourself blessed.  Others continue to struggle to find what their true calling in life is.  Instead of arguing and finding fault in others, I want results.  Being poor sucks, I want the money now!

Thank you for reading!  I hope to see you next time!

    Because "You need the money"

Welcome to my final destination.  I couldn't help but notice I have 4 years of setting up my blog.  Within those years, I've enjoyed writing for fun.  Unfortunately, it has lead me to a path of financial nonexistence.  What is the point of writing if you're not making a financial impact on one's own life?  With all the knowledge I've acquired, I have no way of proving that I've accomplished anything.  It's like school and academics all over again.  By now, we all know about having a targeted audience and treating customers with respect; but just look at my results!  Holy hell, 66 cents is my lifetime earnings for my blog!  Something is horribly wrong.  I have to change.  I need to step up my game.  Good lord, if my survival was based on how well I blogged and made money off of it; it'd be the first one to die!

Yes, it has really been 4 years since my blog has been up and not a cent has been made.  I need a new plan.  Things are just not working out between me and the audience.  Yes, there are one of two of you who read my blog; but that just isn't going to cut it.  I can change!  Maybe, I can change?  Look, it says "$0.66".  I'm not even trying to be funny.  It's obvious to anyone that there needs to be change.  Perhaps this is really my full potential on steroids?  What if this is my limit?  Do I just start lying and make things up like how I went from rags to riches overnight for the sake of acquiring a new audience?  Or, do I stay humble and honest?  When all you got is 66 cents, you damn well know hardcore prostitution is your only way out of the rat race.  Seriously, I'm just not up to par where I want to be in the world of blogging.

Have I not spent the time and effort to make this blog?  What am I missing?  Should I actually buy a domain name and an actual host?  Can I even justify my content is even worth more than a $1?  Four years is long enough of time to get your bachelor's degree, and here I am churning out $0.66.  Well, at least you know I can only survive by having a real job.  Being ridiculously good looking, blogging, youtube, Spotify, or any other fad isn't going to save me anytime soon.  I've hit a hurdle.  I've hit a bump in the road.  I've crashed into a wall.  I am the chained elephant in the circus.

I've always made money working a 9-5 job, selling things online, or even investing in the stock market; but why have I never seen a cent from blogging/youtube?  Judging my experiences, blogging/youtube must take a lot more effort than you think.  I have posted some original content here and there and even reviewed some toys, but nothing has amounted more than a few cents or dollars.  What's the point in putting all this extra added effort, if I have very little or no impact on my audience?  Should I just give up like the chained elephant in the zoo?

Well, there's no way out of this but work and try harder.  I have no other options.  Playing video games and going to strip clubs on my free time isn't exactly going to pay my bills.  I want more passive income.  I don't want to be trapped inside the rat race for the rest of my life.  I want to earn just enough to not have to work a real job.  These are some real things I really want and will die for.  I'm not entirely sure what I really, really like; or if something of my taste can even have a marketable niche.  We all like advanced technology and robots; but all that stuff is just too broad and vague, not to mention it's a very expensive field of industry.  Long story short, I would rather invest $10,000 in an already established high tech company than starting one myself.  Based on my pool of resources, I prefer be an investor as opposed to someone who owns and operates their own functioning business.  Yes, I do and can invest money into companies like stock ownership but that is only how far I will go.  Creating my own company means I'd have to take good care of my customers, which is the very same reason why I'm so iffy about it.  Yes, I do sell things online; but I don't have my own real concrete business that I'd be proud of.  I do a lot of bootstrapping and arbitrage, but it's only a hobby. I'm not the actual industry or business who creates products!  I'm just a reseller, because it's a hell a lot easier!  I make some extra cash here and there; but that is all there is to it.  There's no big name or brick and motor store.  There's no office.  There's nothing for me to be really proud of.  I just make money.  There's no ego or brand name; it's just pure sales.  Eventually, I would like to use what I've learned and turn it all into a legit business.  I know it's a huge hurdle.  I know it's a big quantum leap from operating out of your garage and a leasing your first office.  Who knows if "my business"  will ever take off?

Thank you for stopping by and reading.  I hope to do more reading and find something I'm passionate about and willing to wake up for in the morning.  Hopefully, I can turn things around and mold it all into a presentation that's worth a damn to my audience.  Have a good weekend!

    Fatigue

I am tired.  I feel sleepy.  I want to write, but I can't.  I want to accomplish something, but I do not.  I want to get out of my bed and find glory, but I cannot walk.  I feel tired.  I don't understand it all.

I believe it's because of the EMF pollution.  I just came from a long drive from the city for New Years Dinner.  All I wanted to do was crash in the bed.  No, I did not work today.  No, I didn't have work for the past 2-3 days.  I forgot to wear my EMF protection.  I am tired.

I need to rest.  I feel tired.  I need rest.  I need to go to bed.  Without much hesitation, I'm going to show you what I forgot to wear before entering the city.  Below is what I use to wear to protect myself from all the power lines, cell phone towers, wi-fi signals, network signals, etc.  All the EMF pollution in the city really makes me feel tired.  Perhaps I am more sensitive than others, but I know I feel a hell a lot tired before entering the city.  I'm going to collapse on my bed.  What you see below is what they call "orgonite".  It's primary use is to protect the user from harmful, external EMF pollution that is vastly generated from modern day technology.  Believe it or not, but I feel tired.  I'm going to bed.  Good night people.

    Is Money Everything?

Today, I enjoyed eating out with my family at the pub.  We had lobsters, french fries, potatoes, clams, and a jug of seltzer water.  It was a spin on the traditional Chinese food we go out to eat.  I enjoyed going somewhere different.  There was a time and place just to drive to the pub and have a good time and eat some quality food.  I couldn't have asked for anything more.  I just wanted a fluid, carefree time to enjoy with no crazy shit happening.  After I felt really full and sleepy, I passed out on my bed. Before you knew it, it was night outside.

Later, I responded to an important business question in my Radiography related career community: "Does anyone else have an issue with their body because of repetitive movements, such as trigger finger, back pain, etc.?"

"I've been doing mobile x-ray for more than over a year now.  My shifts are 10-12 hours a day of driving, stopping at nursing homes, deploying the machine, running inside, getting the paper work from the nurses, finding the patient, taking the x-ray(s), pack up the machine, and get my ass back to the van; rinse and repeat.  To make matters worse, I have to do the EKG on requested patients as well.  Sometimes, the company makes me drive to New York City and do house calls!  My normal route is New Jersey.  As for bodily injuries, my wrist started to feel funny.  Later, I thought I had tennis elbow.  I purchased some wrist raps to help haul all the equipment.  Thank God, the pain just slipped away.  As long as I continue to use wrist raps, I'm good to go.

Yes, some of these patients are morbidly obese, weighing at 500 lbs or more.  At the age of 32, I can barely manage the amount of day-to-day grind.  No, I don't see myself doing all this work for $xx/hour.  No, I'm not super passionate about my job.  Unfortunately, I don't care enough.  I'm thankful that I even have a job, but I'm not Mother Theresa. I will work a job, but I will not continue to go above and beyond for what I've seen out there.  Hospice care and bed ridden patients is not my thing, but that's really where are all the vast majority of jobs are. On average, I have to drive to eight-ten different nursing homes a day.

I would like for people to take care of themselves better and not need x-rays 24/7, but I guess I'm asking for too much.  Once you reach that ripe old age, you are locked up in a nursing home.  When you step inside and see the patients, you'll know what I'm talking about.  On one hand, there exists a realm of reality that always complains "There are no jobs that pay living wages"; on the other hand you have an actual job to do and all your customers are either bed ridden, wheel chair bound, super old, morbidly obese, terminally ill, or locked away in some institution screaming for help.

$xx/hour is it it all worth it?  I get taxed both New York and New Jersey tax.  I also have to pay Obamacare by myself.  Long story short, I'm probably going to leave my business and go into CT.  When I worked at my local pharmacy, I don't remember it sucking the life out of me as much as this job.  I also don't remember getting paid as much.  I'm earning about 3x more than what I've been at a local retail job.  I know I'm not the right guy for this kind of work and that is why I'm going to quit after completing 2 years of experience.

There's a lot to say, but 2 years of experience is something I need to put down on my resume just to standout. Yes, I know it'll be hard to find another job.  No, working a job is never easy either.
On a side note, I've read a lot of you have many years of experience and absolutely love what you do.
Unfortunately, there are those little hurdles, pains, and setbacks as with most things out there in real life.  Just be careful and take care of yourself.  As a young person, I've seen and witnessed "everyone else" do the work and long hours involved in the healthcare environment.  I don't know if I'll ever be that hard working or consistent. My best bet is just to take it easy one day at a time and keep on going."

Well, it's time to go back to the grind.  It's another work week coming.  There's no way out of it this time.  This time it's for real.  It's my biggest fear, working.  It's my biggest dread in life.  Just slaving my away my life.  This is real life.  This is pain.  There's no beautiful woman standing around and waving a magic wand to fulfill my dreams.  It's just me.  It's my book.  It's my body.  It's my time.  It's my experience.  It's my blood shed.  It's my tears.  It's my effort.  It's my paycheck whom I share with the government with what seems to be a whole lot of unnecessary expenses.

Thank you for coming and reading.  I hope to see you next time.  Having one or two actual readers makes you more the worth while and precious to me.  Thank you.
