Something Worth a Damn

So why are we all working so hard?  Why do we grind for 40+ hours a week doing work we might otherwise not even care about doing given the choice?  There is no way in Hell am I a people person.  I simply lack the social networking skills of feeling comfortable with people and doing business without having to resort to violence or picking up a weapon, because I know most people don't listen and are cheap.  No, you don't have money. Please sit your ass down.  In any event, why do any of us care?  Do you care?  More importantly, do I even care?

I still don't get it.  Most people just don't make enough money to afford a home in New Jersey.  Do you have half a million dollars lying around to buy a home?  This is a lifetime deal.  A decision you can't afford to mess up and the key for you to live your own life.  This is an extremely expensive production for just you.  Can you afford to live a normal, independent life in a decent neighborhood free of crime and/or crazy shit?  These are fundamental questions that most people are afraid to answer.  If the answer is NO, you probably don't make enough money because your job sucks, you don't make enough money, or taxes just continue to take a chunk of it out.  No, I can't even afford it.  If I can't afford it, how the hell does everyone else do it?

To be realistic, most people will take out loans/mortgages to buy a home for themselves. The smarter ones will do a duplex setup and start renting out their units to potential clients after screening them.  If you are completely handicapped and devoid of being able to rent/sell out your property, you're basically fucked in America.  Congratulations on never selling your own property or renting out one of your units!  Welcome to shopping at Walmart!  I hope this is more of a suitable match up for your limited amount of intelligence.

So what if you fall in this boat of being fucked over by not being able to rent/sell real estate for whatever reason?  Well, there is always the stock market that's just a click away.  If you don't trust the stock market there are always ETF's/mutual funds to consider.  Look, if you were worth an actual damn you wouldn't have poor people problems.  Therefore, you have to do this shit if you want to find an independent life for yourself.  No, it isn't easy.  No, trusting and waiting for the government and affordable housing agencies to help you is going to take forever.  INVEST NOW AND CONTINUE TO FUCKING INVEST!
