Well, what else is there I can contribute to the world? I can be your workout buddy. Studies have shown that if people can change one thing about themselves that would make them a whole lot happier is having a flat stomach! Yes, people want to have a flat stomach. For the most part, obesity and walking around with a big belly is not something most people want. To achieve such a daily figure for yourself, you have to build muscle to further develop metabolism and eat healthy. Stay away from sugary drinks and get in you daily exercise. None of us has the time to work out all day, everyday of the week. If you have time to watch television or play on the computer, you have time to workout. No, this is not a joke. Unfortunately, most people would rather give up and just take the easy route. That's fine, just leave me out of having to pay your medical bills.
I don't want to see people on dialysis machines, having to continuously do medical tests, or swallow pills; but it makes money. In any event, if I was making money off people to do exercise I'd be a millionaire by now. Unfortunately, you don't make money with being healthy. In modern day America, you have much more potential making money off of things that get people sick. If everyone was healthy all the time, I wouldn't have a job! There's a lot of argument and controversy over people's health all the time, and I don't want to get into it simply because it's a very complicated matter that happens throughout a long time. I do what I can to stay away from expensive medical bills. From what I gather, being healthy is a gift and a privilege. Everyone should be in it to win it! Again, it's not quite easy. Everyone isn't young. There are a lot of old people out there. Age is another factor that just cannot be controlled. You just have to understand, not everything is about money and that there exists a population out there that needs constant care and medical attention. It is truly a blessing to be young and healthy. I can't help everyone, but I do what I can to help myself. If you want to try my workout video go ahead. It's free up on youtube.
If I was a successful workout buddy, I'd be making bank. Unfortunately, I'm not making a dime. It's just for fun. It's just for my own well being. It's like a hobby. The values in America are just so much about consumerism. Everyone else can go consume all the sugar and carbs they want, but I want to be lean and fit. Not everything in life is about money and consumption. I just like to pursue the goals of being healthy as humanly possible without spending a fortune. I don't advocate anything or have students. My goal is to simply live as healthy as possible.
Tomorrow, I have to go work. It involves traveling to several different nursing homes and taking x-rays of old people. Like I said, age is something we cannot control. Once you're bed ridden, it's a long road to recovery. That is why it's so important to always maintain a daily/weekly workout schedule as though your life depended on it. It's not fun for the doctors and nurses who have to take care of you in the medical setting. No one really wants to be there but it's work. They get paid for it. In exchange, you and/or your health insurance company has to dig deep into their pockets to provide you with medical care and it's expensive. Some people just end up in nursing homes. Some people are just unlucky. Some people just don't care. Some people are just remain ignorant and don't bother until it's too late. Why change? Ignorance is bliss. That's fine, because the vast majority have a choice to learn and try new things. I respect your decision; I'll just be on my way. It's also a lot harder to actually care about someone you hardly even know. Seeing how your patient isn't even your friend/family and well, just a patient; you have to work even harder just to acquire them under your radar. Thank God, my job is just to take some pictures and bounce. Hey, people will pay you a lot of money if their leg is broken or even if they're coughing.
Thank you for visiting! I just wanted to post something and be more productive. Who knows if I'll be back next week. My goal is to post something at least once a week. Hopefully, my views and audience will gradually increase. From experience and watching other people, I know audience is only obtained through hard work and consistency. You literally have to be obsessed with what you're doing to succeed. None the less, I'm feeling good about posting. I hope to see you next time!
Have a well prepared work week, be productive, and get some good food/exercise in along the way!
